nah tru . ..we changed back to Win98 after experiencing the incredible bugged-ness of ME, and then eventually went up to XP. XP still locked up though ..

and by referring to you as lucky I meant with comparison of a first PC, seeing as you thought a P3 1Ghz was bad.

It's all relative. How "lucky" he was depends on when he actually got it, how much he paid for it, what he had to do with it, etc.

See, we can tell kids of today that they're "lucky" becaues they get core2quads and all that shit, but games are just as demanding on todays systems as games "back in our day" were on our systems of the time.

By that logic, think of how unlucky your Dad was, growing up with the Commodore 64. I would consider him lucky, to have grown up with such revolutionary technology.

pentium 2 300MHz, 64mb ram, 10gb hdd, onboard graphics win 98. got it early 2000, used it for school work and surfing the good ol dial up web :D:D:D:D:D:D
